HIC provides children a meaningful prelude to the acquisition of basic knowledge, start the development of the children's motor skills/emotional quotient and infuse a sense of independence and introduction to Christian Faith.
Being the first step to the formal Christian Education, we aim to produce grade school pupils who will be ready to understand, learn, appreciate, and live the teachings of the church taught in the higher department.
The BASIC EDUCATION DEPARTMENT foster in the students the full development of the human person forming them into zealous and dynamic Filipino Christians whose influence can be felt in society, thus contributing to the growth of the people of God and the attainment of the national development goals envisioned by Philippine Society.
The Health Sciences Department of Holy Infant College , in line with the school's vision and mission, envisions to produce health workers who are professionally competent, imbued with Christian values, responsive to the health needs of the Filipino people and of the world and responsible for their own personal and professional development.

As an adage goes, there are "No Presidents, No Priests, No Engineers, No Lawyers, No Doctors, Without Teachers!"
Welcome to the College of Education and Liberal Arts! Over the years, Holy Infant College has paved its way in offering these courses and producing competitive graduates. To name a few, our graduates have landed good jobs abroad and in government agencies. The college might have produced few graduates but qualified graduates. As the Bible quotes " Many are called but few are chosen." Be with us, you might be the chosen one.
